  Leaders keep talking about the “post-pandemic” workplace—while employees are facing unprecedented stress, exhaustion, and trauma. Something’s got to give. This talk helps teams make sense of this moment, process their feelings, and build the capacity to show up for one another.

• Hit Reset: How to re-find your courage and make radical change right now

  Everyone’s exhausted, and even those of us who’ve "had it good” this past year and a half are struggling. Yet, we’re also still facing all the same challenges as before: inequitable products that exclude or harm people, understaffed and under-respected teams, and an industry that prioritizes profit over people. This talk is about finding the courage and energy to make change, without breaking yourself in the process.
